I only drive part-time with Grab. Do I need to attend these courses?
Yes, we strongly encourage both full-time and part-time drivers to attend these courses. They are highly relevant and will equip you with useful tips to advance your driving skills, optimize your vehicles’ performance and serve your passengers better.
I have passed my TDVL/PDVL. Do I still need to attend these courses?
Yes, we strongly encourage you to attend these 3 courses, as the content will complement what you have learnt in the basic vocational licence training.
Do I need to pass my TDVL/PDVL course first before I register for these courses?
You may attend these programs concurrently, while applying for your TDVL/PDVL.
I am an existing Grabcar driver-partner with an active Grabcar account, can I attend these programs as refresher?
Yes you can and we would strongly encourage your participation.
Will the courses be conducted face-to-face or online?
All courses will be conducted face-to-face. There is no online option available.
Can I reschedule for the course(s)?
We strongly discourage rescheduling as appointment(s) is/are subjected to availability. However, if you are unable to attend the scheduled course(s), please reach out to us via https://grb.to/npreschedule at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled date.
What if i fail the Driver Safety Training?
You will be given a chance to retake on the same day.

Occupational Safety For Delivery Personnel (Motorcyclist)
Develop defensive riding skills when delivering orders with your motorcycle, through a comprehensive lecture base programme and a hands-on experience on a riding circuit.
Occupational Safety For Delivery Personnel (Cyclist & Walker)
Develop professional etiquette and safety awareness for riders of bicycles, Power-Assisted Bicycle (PABs) and walkers. Learn about the Active Mobility Act and be better prepared for the LTA’s Mandatory Theory Test.

Who is this course for?
All delivery-partners on bicycle, PAB, motorcycle and walker delivery modes.
I am a delivery-partner on a Personal Mobility Aid (PMA). Do I need to attend this course?
While we highly encourage all delivery-partners to attend the course, we understand the challenges a partner on PMA may encounter when travelling. Therefore, this course is optional only for partners using PMA as their mode of delivery.
Is this training programme open to delivery-partners using a car or a van?
No. This training programme is currently not available for deliver-partners using a car or a van as their mode of delivery.
When do I need to complete the course?
We strongly encourage delivery-partners to register for the course as soon as the registration slots are opened for booking. New delivery-partners (Activated from 21 June 2021 onwards) have up to 2 months from their activation date to complete 2 modules.
I am thinking about changing my delivery mode (Eg: Bicycle to Motorcycle) before registering for the course. What should I do?
Please change your delivery mode to your preferred transport type before you register for the relevant course.
I am planning to take the mandatory online theory test for electric bicycle and e-Motorcycle by LTA. Will this programme help me?
Yes, this training programme will cover topics that will help you with the mandatory online theory test by LTA.
