Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Enterprise Singapore to empower local F&B businesses through upskilling programmes on refining business strategies and optimising operations.

Acknowledged as Industry Co-Innovators by Nanyang Polytechnic during the NYP360 Catalyst event

Trained more than 10 Grab driver-partners for Grab’s autonomous vehicle service, in collaboration with WeRide.

Launched Elderly Digital Literacy Training, in collaboration with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), to equip seniors with essential digital skills and practical knowledge to protect themselves from online scams.

Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) at the Restaurant Asia 2025 to drive continuous learning and skills development for the F&B sector.

Re-appointed as SkillsFuture Queen Bee for 3 more years by the SkillsFuture Singapore to uplift workforce upskilling among SMEs in Food Services sector.

Launched #GrabForHerGrowth, a quarterly upskilling training programme for Grab women-partners.

Introduces easy on-demand CV Builder Tool to support Grab partners create a professionally-designed CV. 

Partnered with Enterprise Singapore and Nanyang Polytechnic to launch Applied AI Masterclass, empowering SMEs in the Food Services sector to adopt AI solutions for business growth.

Established partnerships with the London School of Business and Finance to offer tertiary education programmes for Grab partners, family and friends.

Introduced Business First-Class training to help GrabExec driver-partners deliver premium service and manage challenging customer situations effectively.
