Requirements & Qualifications

– Certified in CPR and Standard First Aid (training will be provided before commencement if not already certified)
– Physically fit and able to walk around the pool area for extended period
– Swimming ability is not required but is an added advantage
– Strong sense of responsibility and alertness
– Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description & Responsibilities

– Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers
– Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
– Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR when required
– Conduct regular checks on pool facilities and equipment
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pool area
– Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management promptly
