Course Description

The AI Impact Series is a structured programme designed to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Large Local Enterprises (LLEs) in their AI adoption journey. Through two progressive phases, participants will gain essential knowledge of AI fundamentals, evaluate their organisation’s digital readiness, and learn to craft high-impact AI use cases.

 

The programme equips businesses to assess their current challenges, prioritise AI solutions, and translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans. Mr Poon’s work is recognised in the National AI Strategy 1.0 for creating a trusted AI environment that balances citizens’ interests with corporate innovation. His LKYCIC@SUTD team and he partnered with PDPC/IMDA to develop Singapore’s first human-centred, industry-agnostic “Guide to Job Redesign in the Age of AI,” guided by the Advisory Council of the Ethical Use of AI and Data.
